‘Being passionate about something is important but, to share your passion with others, that is truly satisfying’, says Ainsley.
‘My love for food has fuelled my career from the very beginning. Ever since studying Food Science at The University of RMIT, I have continuously strived to understand every facet of the products I work with.
After 17 years in the Australian dessert Industry, I’m now thrilled to work in the field of Artisan Gelato with PreGel Australia. I can’t wait to continue to share my knowledge, unique flavour ideas and, of course, help share the joys of creating silky gelato and gorgeous sorbetto with Australia and New Zealand’s innovative foodie culture’, says Ainsley.
